Sorts of inspections
There are three sorts of inspections:
Zero Inspection (post-production check out)
Zero Inspection is valid for 12 months from the day of purchase. The purchase date and inspection validity are recorded by the dealer in the Paraglider Card. The purchase date is also written in the Paraglider Registration Sheet that is sewn into the wing's trailing edge (the buyer is obliged to send it back to the company within 14 days from purchase date).
Zero Inspection consists of:
a. Wing edges symmetry and length check
b. Left and right side lines symmetry check
c. Suspension lines length check
d. Wing surface quality check
e. Suspension lines condition check
f. Risers and speed-system visual check
Full Inspection - thorough technical check and paraglider damage control (including replacement for the lines tested)
Should be executed before expiry date of previous inspection
Full Inspection must be carried out at least every two years, if not advised otherwise by the inspecting person.
In case of paragliders used for profit (e.g. in schools or tandem flying) a Full Inspection is compulsory every year after the first 24 months from purchase date.
Full Inspection range: a. Paraglider identification
b. Cloth porosity test
c. Cloth and stitching condition check
d. Visual canopy check
e. Suspension lines visual check
f. Suspension lines strength test
g. Risers and speed-system check
h. Left and right side lines symmetry check
i. Lines length measurement
Inspection range can be extended at any moment if doubts arise concerning the wear of the wing.
Addictional Inspection
This examination is carried out when:
- a technician recommended inspection earlier than scheduled due to paraglider's condition
- there is a special request from user (stating inspection range)

Airworthiness Inspection Manual for Dudek Paragliders products
Repairs
We consult the wing owner by telephone or mail before starting any major repair.
Each paraglider sent to us should be accompanied by an airworthiness certificate and a letter stating:
- the paraglider card
- the return address
- a contact telephone number
- a short description of malfunctions (if noticed)
- the last inspection report
- NOTE: free-of-charge inspections covered by Golden Package need some other documents too, mentioned in the section concerning these features.
Parcels sent to our firm can be dispatched via any courier service. After the inspection, the wing or reserve parachute is sent back to its owner.
Since we do not have authorisation from any other paragliding company, all inspections and repairs are limited to our own products. The exception is the porosity test, carried out for all makes.
The inspections and guarantee repairs are conducted in our plant at Kowalewo, or by:
