Description
You love climbing. You have already tried paragliding and are able to take off independently; you can judge the weather conditions and you are familiar with the unique features of mountain air.
On reaching the summit you are sometimes really tired, but always happy to complete your quest. Still the exhausting walk down is always there, so a lightweight canopy that could quickly and safely take you down would be a godsend indeed.
You are fond of choosing difficult paths, where every ounce of your load counts. That's why you would like your wing to be as light as possible, especially when the conditions don't play along and you have to carry everything down.
We have something really light for you - the Air Light II Extreme.
The Air Light II Extreme is (obviously :)) an extremely light version of standard Air Light. Using the lightest fabrics available - Skytex 27 and 36 - we were able to bring the canopy weight down to 2,85 kg at XS size!
Additionally you can buy a special harness, which simultaneously doubles as a backpack.
The risers are made of French Bainbridge International lines 4 mm diameter. For the suspension lines we use Dyneema of 0.8 (non-sheathed), 1.3, 1.5 and 1.9 mm diameters. The canopy consists mostly of Skytex 27, only the leading edge and supported ribs are made of Skytex 36.
